Awesome

So, over the past week Kevin has been to the doctor twice and even has another appointment tomorrow. We have discovered he has severe allergies, migraine headaches and possibly the lethal Rocky Mountain spotted fever. How awesome is that? I almost feel like the poor guy can't possibly have anything else wrong with him because he's suffering through it all along with even more stress and tension from this last semester. I don't understand how he doesn't break. The good news is that even though he has the fever, headache, exhaustion, etc. associated with the RMSF, he does not have a rash so we doubt he'll be dying from that any time soon. I hope especially for his sake that he can keep himself together long enough to make it through the next few years so we can move to a better environment for him. Keep sending positive vibes his way.

On another note, going house hunting today and hope something turns up.

Here's the Buzz

So, I found a website somewhere on the world wide internets that lets me test products for free as long as I give my honest feedback about the product and if I tell others about said product. Well, here's my telling you. For the last month I have been evaluating the Glade Sense & Spray - it's an air freshener device with a motion sensor on it. While I found that the scent was too strong and the thing went off periodically for no reason, it pretty much did what was claimed it would.  I had mine in the bathroom and I found the scent to be too over powering for such a small room - we used the clean linen scent. It went off every time Kevin went into the room but I can't say the same was true for me. I did have it on a shelf that was a little higher up than I am so that could be the issue but it also went off when no one was in the room so I don't get it. Anyway, if you'd like to try the product, the first five people who respond can have a coupon (expires August 31, 2009) for $4.00 off any Glade Sense & Spray holder. Just post a comment here with your e-mail address or a way to contact you and I'll get that to you ASAP.

That's my spiel for today. I'll be back eventually with a 'real' post about what's been going on in Durham.

Oh! Also THANK YOU for all of those of you who went to Subway recently in support of Chuck. There's a rumor that it will be renewed for another season (YAY YAY YAY!!!!) but who knows beyond that. So guess what people?! You are all getting Chuck DVDs for Christmas but Christmas is coming early this year so you all can get hooked and watch next season so that Chuck's ratings keep going up. I have to say I don't know that I've ever liked a show as much as I like Chuck. I hope you all fall for him too.

Okay. Enough. Have a great week. See you on the flip side!
